Central Heating: Includes the main heating system. If more than one system, only the unit heating the master bedroom area is covered. Air filters and Humidifiers are not covered.

Central Cooling: Includes the main cooling system. If more than one system, only the unit cooling the master bedroom is covered. Window and wall units are not covered.

Interior Plumbing: Includes the water, drain, waste lines, and vent piping throughout the house and water heater.

Interior Electric: Includes the main electrical panel box and wiring throughout the house.

STRUCTURAL
Main Roofing: Includes roofing materials, roof framing, and roof backing over main house

Foundation: Includes block and poured concrete walls to the extent that their load bearing ability is affected.

APPLIANCES
Kitchen Appliances. Includes built-in kitchen appliances.
